NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner
Randi Mann, Owner of Wise Woman Wellness, is a NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner.

What does this mean? Several years ago, NAMS (North American Menopause Society) identified the necessity of establishing crucial standards for healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care for women beyond menopause. Consequently, they created a competency exam to fulfill this requirement. All licensed healthcare providers are qualified to take this assessment, and those who pass exhibit their proficiency in the area and earn the NCMP or NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner certification. They receive a printed certificate and a lapel pin commemorating their accomplishment.
Currently there are only 1,400 NCMPs in the world.
The NCMP certification is valid for three years and can be sustained by either passing a new exam or providing adequate continuing medical education credits that confirm their ongoing education in the field.
“I am so proud and honored to be recognized as a North America Menopause Society (NAMS) Certified Menopause Practitioner (NCMP) again – for my 15th year – one of only 25 providers in Wisconsin to earn this certification! NAMS is the definitive resource for menopause and other midlife healthcare issues for women and sets the standards for menopause practice.” ~ Randi
